Tarleton Mothers' Union
Holy Trinity, Tarleton Mothers’ Union is the local branch of the worldwide Mothers’ Union movement committed to supporting family life, is active in the life of the Parish and supports church activities. It is a friendly group and warmly welcomes all members of society to its meetings.
Meetings with speakers are usually held on the second Wednesday of the month. A Prayer Meeting is held on the first Monday afternoon of the month led by members.
The Branch supports Mothers’ Union charitable work in the U.K. and developing countries and takes part in events organised in Blackburn Diocese and Leyland Deanery.
Recently, funds have been raised for the “Away from it All” project for families in need of a break in the U.K. and for Mothers’ Union work overseas.
