A busy month of Saturday activity in Tarleton kicks off with the Ecumenical Walking Day on June 8th.
Walking Day
June 8th from 1.30pm
Do join is for Walking Day, however you are joining in:
- Waving to us enroute
- Walking with us
- Doing the route on the bus or on a float
Following the walk there will be tea and fun in Tarleton Holy Trinity School. The walk starts with a short service in the school grounds at 1.30pm
Rose Queen
June 22nd from 1pm
Hannah Chapman will be crowned Rose Queen at Tarleton Holy Trinity School Fields .
The fun packed afternoon includes Teas, Maypole Dancing, sports and lots of stalls…..also…
Have you ever wanted to throw a wet sponge at the rector. You have the chance to do it for a small fee at this event.
Ordination of Deacons
On June 29th (Feast of St Peter) our new Curate Joe Kochanski and Danny will be Ordained Deacon at a ticket only admission service at Blackburn Cathedral.
The following day we will be able to welcome Fr Joe at our Sunday Services.
