Details of a busy weekend of activities in Rufford and Tarleton
TARLETON
Outgoing Queen’s Crowning
At 1pm on Saturday we will crown Leha as Tarleton Holy Trinity’s new Rose Queen. Do join us at Holy Trinity Tarleton School and grounds for a great afternoon of fun and enjoyment.
- Talent Showcase including songs from Sunday Club and Tarleton’s two church schools singing
- Maypole Dancing
- Refreshments
- An Amazing Raffle
- Hesketh Bank Band
On Sunday at 10.45am we will welcome the Rose Queen and her retinue to All Age Worship, and sing Hymns the Rose Queen has chosen.
Fr Mark says, “I am honoured to be one of the judges tonight for the Rose Queen art competition. I wish all competitors good luck!”

Peek at the Garden in Cousins Lane
All weekend in Rufford we have 5 gardens open (10am -4pm)in aid of the Flower Festival Fund.

Children are welcome to attend and will be encouraged to find one of ‘Nutty’s’ friends hidden in each of the 5 gardens. They will be given a sheet at the first garden to solve the puzzle by attending each garden.
