Along with the rest of the Diocese we here at Tarleton & Rufford Parishes are spending the first part of October praying and fasting about the church’s financial situation which at diocesan and parish level have taken a hit as a result of Covid.
The Bishop of Blackburn acknowledges that while for some this year has brought hardship, others will have saved money because they could not holiday or go out for leisure, and have, therefore saved money.
The Church will hold Gift Days as part of this:
Tarleton October 10th
Rufford October 17th
